看电影碰到这句话听不懂
１）　This is the portrait　emerging of a jet age assassin being sought in an international manhunt.

第二句如果能有语境就好了，我猜可能是“我相信那是一个习语”。

我觉的是“我想你说对了”类似“I believe you get the picture”，应该是俚语。就像“You can say it again”也表示你说对了
