其实neither 不是位于句末。
me neither是一个省略句，口语中为了避免重复，常常省略前面的动词。
如果前面的句子是 ---I haven't finish my work.
---Me neither.（me neither have finished my work,或neither have I finished my work. 后一种表达更规范)
