随着社会经济的发展,生产和生活节奏的加快,人们的工作和生活方式也发生了改变.威胁人类健康的已不只是生物因素导致的传染病,还有与社会、心理因素、生活方式和人类自身行为有密切关系的疾病。经常保持心胸坦然,精神愉快,这是延年益寿的秘诀之一。尤其应当克服嫉妒、暴躁以及焦虑、抑郁、怒气、苦闷、烦躁等情绪人应当经常保持一种怀有希望、愉快、明朗、朝气蓬勃的精神状态,从事一些对身心有益的学问的思考、阅读历史、格言或观察自然。

要增强体质,就要参加体育锻炼。这样,人才会有活力。
