这句话去年应该在很多地方都可以用到，比如去年在春节的时候，南方出现了罕见的雪灾，就可以用这个了，还有就是去年的5.12 .地震的时候，很多地方都受灾，这个时候对于自己没有联系上的亲人，就可以说这句话。

To be frank, I never seen this sentence before. I guess it will be heard in a conversation of a war movie. As we know, soldiers must act under command so that the order will be executed successfully. When the senior officer was attacked and want rescue, he will connect to another army. Then he will use this sentence.

一般是指两班人马分头从事一项任务，当一方遇到棘手情况而难以进行下去的情况下，可以询问另一班人马的任务进展情况。
