People like criterion more than to be forbidded 仅为个人意见 To limit is good than to forbid for the desire of the citizenry. Criterion is more suitable for public opinion than forbidden. Limitation is much prefered by public rather than prohibation. People prefer criterion to forbidden. better to regulate than to reatrain norm is better than rule |
