提出问题，首先就要对于问题即矛盾两个基本方面加以大略的调查和研究，才能懂得矛盾的性质是什么，这就是发现问题的过程。

问题补充：有人说在“这就是发现问题的过程”前断句比较好翻。不过我觉得翻成一个长句貌似也行，就是不太清楚怎么组织好点，请各位帮帮偶o(∩_∩)o...谢了先
