C 《牛津高阶英汉词典》上的解释是：hot/cold/wet/fine/summer/windy weather 还有个例句：Did you have good weather on your trip? 所以应该选C 选A可能是受有些名词如果前面有形容词修饰时要加冠词的影响吧，

另外 weathers 的用法是有的，主要在习语中，如：in all weathers :in all kinds of weather， good or bad 意思是“不论天气好坏，风雨无阻”

其实我认为是选择a,为什么呢?
翻译下就知道了,这几天的天气真美好.意思就是限定在这几天里面发生的事情，而不是泛指天气,这里其实是一种不可数可数化表示强调和限制,这不能算正式的语法,但是在口语和日常使用中常常用到
