How to Treat the Parent-child Relationship？
Generation gap can be one of the most popular word in the 21 century. Briefly, generation gap is about the communication problems between parents and their children. For example, parents can’t understand why their children are so crazy for Hip-Hop music.
In order to properly treat the parent-child relationship, we must realize that the two generations were born in different ages, so we’d better listen more, which is the most important, I think. Only through listening can we get to know each other deeply. Besides, both of them should be respected. It’s not wise for parents to throw their weigh on their kids. Adolescents have their own thoughts. On the other hand, parents should not be looked down upon. In fact, they should be given more symthercy ,because they’re the sacrifices of the culture campaign.
To sum up, the two steps mentioned above is the key to treat the parent-child relationship. Let’s put them into practice from now on.

Fourth, why did you change the word "generation-gap" into "the parent-child relationship". I think it's better to keep the key word shinning throughout the whole passage.
