第二个that是否也是定语从句,修饰先行词propaganda

这样的用法好象很少见哦.

我觉得第一个that是同位语从句,进一步说明progaganda
第二个that 是定语从句修饰the tape

我的理解：
这里有个断句的问题，我觉得应该是这样的：
This tape is the very propaganda that Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows released to the media. That was summarily debunked.
也就是说，这是2句话。
前面的that引导一个定语从句修饰propaganda。这个没有问题。
后面的是一个短句。 that 指代 前面提到的一个事情，而不是tape 或 propaganda.
