this sentence can be used in the situation that when somebody are talking about something,and you also have some words about the thing want to say or you have something important must to leave,you have to interrupt his talking ,you can use this sentence.这句话可以在你不愿打扰别人，但又有重要事情不得不讲的时候使用，显得有礼貌，容易让被打扰到的人接受

Do not interrupt me when I am busy. hate vt. 憎恨,恨;不愿,不喜欢 I hate to have my boss standing over me. 这句话意思是，我讨厌打断别人讲话，但是我不得不打断你，很无奈呀 It is obvious that this sentence is used to ask for help, when the person you want to inquire of is busy. It make you be polite.
