In case of emergency the Project Manager shall be empowered to implement such measures as a fair, reasonable and prudent decision maker would see fit in order to avoid or limit damages or other adverse consequences to the Joint Venture and to ensure the proper and timely performance of the Contract. 3。Any performance bond, guarantees and/or securities that may be required to be submitted to the Employer under the terms of the Contract shall be arranged in the name of the Joint Venture by an acceptable bank in total amount required, with the liabilities of the Parties being limited to their respective shares as set out in Article 6.1.
