公司里关于信用证开立的申请书里有几个条款不是太清楚，请哪位帮忙翻译及适当解释下？？
内容如下：
Documents required:
1. 2/3 set of clean on board bills of lading marked freight prepaid made out of to order of the shipper and blank endorsed.Notify applicant.
2.Marine insurance policy or certificate in duplicate endorsed in blank,with claim payable in Shanghai in the currency of the draft covering 110% of invoice value,including institute war clauses,institute cargo clauses(all risks),institute strikes riots and civil commotions clauses.
3.Declaration of no-wood packing material or certificate of treatment in 3 copies.
