瑞安地产有限公司[Shui On Properties Limited(SOP)]原为瑞安集团旗下的主要房地产发展公司，一九八五年起已在中国内地发展业务，在内地市场拥有近二十年的经验。自集团于二零零四年把内地的主要地产发展项目注入与新成立之瑞安房地产有限公司后，瑞安地产现时主要从事地产投资，在香港，中国内地及纽约均有投资项目。
