The phenomenon , differents stage of HIV+/AIDS patient have some difference in some cognitive function ,which has statistics significance（p＜0.05).It mainly behave that the asymptomatic period of the immediate memory just for comparation of AIDS patient. (ratio of two groups accepted anti-viral treatment were 70.0% and 10.5%), While regarding to the level of CD4 + cells, the infection time ,diagnose time ,anti-viral treatment and so on may has nothing to do with their cognitive function (p> 0.05). conclusion 1. HIV+/AIDS patient may have harm of memory (episodic memory), excutive function (plan, information processing speed)and vision space , but the learning ability,attention ,language ability is in good condition. 2.The excutive function of HIV+/AIDS patient has declineed obviously,followed by vision space ,memory (episodic memory) and information processing speed. 3.The gender, age, educational level, professional status HIV + / AIDS patients are a major factor to affect their cognitive function . 4. Depression is related to cognitive function but has nothing to do with most objective cognitive function. Effective anti-viral treatment is important to improve cognitive function .The relation of subjective cognitive function and objection cognitive function as well as the relation of illness stages and cognitive funtion is waiting to further discuss.
