目前，我国每年均有几百亿的资金投入到高校基建项目的建设中，投资效率问题已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注，相信通过高校基建项目的投资控制研究和实践探索，基建项目的投资将会得到有效控制，从而推动高效的建设走上良性、健康、快速发展的道路，为我国高等教育事业的发展做出更大的贡献。
