当下 中国正积极推行社会主义新农村建设，那么"新农村"该怎么翻译恰当?
我的意见是new countryside或new rural area
但是觉得没有体现出以人为本,以农民为本的意思
它应该不光表示一个村落一个地区的新农村建设，还应该表示整个国家层面上的新农村建设呀！
恳请各位帮忙，有更好的答案吗？
