在学英国的公司法，讲到terms of contract的时候提到condition和wanrranty两个术语名词。

两个单词区别的法律意义在于违约后的法律后果不同：
违反condition，守约方有权终止合同，同时要求损害赔偿；
但违反warranty，守约方虽然有权要求损害赔偿，但必须继续履行合同，否则，也是违约。
