离开校园,第一次走上工作岗位,给我的感触很深。工作,首先要学会做人;也明白我只有不断的学习,才能够不被淘汰,才能为我服务的公司创造更多的价值。
一年多的职业生涯,让我收获很多,我很感谢我现任的领导可以给我这样的舞台,让我施展自己的能力。我在学校学习的书本知识也真正的付诸于实践,同时也得到了更加宝贵的时间经验。对人,对事,从细节出发;学会换位思考。
作为HR专业的学生,我深深的了解到HR在企业管理中的作用,并且我始终坚持,HR和传统的人事是完全的两个不同的概念 。人才,人才,企业裁不掉的人才便是人才。
每个企业的成立,发展和壮大都离不开“人才”这个基本要素,企业需要有具备不同特长和优点的员工,作为企业,如何留住人才,将合适的人用在合适的岗位使之发挥最大的作用,为企业创造最大的效益,这正是HR从业者需要努力的。每一个人都有他自身的优点和潜能,最大程度的发掘他们的潜能,使之成长,为企业创造更加直接的经济效益以及间接的如社会效应等。
与人打交道是一门非常深奥的学问,刚刚踏上工作岗位的我,还有非常多地方需要学习,工作不仅仅是专业知识,尤其是做HR的,更加重要的是做人。在我过去一年的工作中,我想我比其他同龄人更深刻的体会到这一点,因为我做的工作就是和不同类型,不同层次的人打交道。他们有些是高级管理人员,有些是社会的中层阶级,更有是农民 ,同样的生活在这个社会中,同样是活着,但真的有太多的生活方式。
但是他们——都可以在社会种找到自己的一席之地。那么,了解给类人员的思想和他们的需求,并将这些资源整合,重组,使之成为对企业有用的“人才” 。与此同时,如何利用这些人才,为企业创造最大的经济效益,使我们服务的企业更加稳健,快速的发展,除了公司的领导层的正确决策,还有就是人力资源部门,财务部门等多方的共同配合。
我想,作为我,一个HR专业的大学生,我热爱我的专业,也向往能够从事相关的工作,更希望我的领导是一位重视企业HR工作,重视人才的。我期待着我这样一位HR可以来开发我。因为我有饱满的工作热情,和积极向上的工作态度,不断提升自己的综合素质。
