10.4 The contractual relationship is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The revised 2000 version of the INCOTERMS and the Rules for the Uniform Interpretation of Contractual Terms of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris shall be applicable supplementary to our terms and conditions of delivery and sale.

Afer thinking it over and referring to the 小D查词 about the confusing words ,i would like to give my own vision. Then here comes my interpretation .
