它们的中文解释都差不多，而且在一些英文文章里，有互相替代的现象。如果说有不同的话，我的感觉是，emancipation出现的地方一般是法律文件中，强调法律关系和地位的变化，从某种被所有的关系中解放出来。比如林肯的奴隶解放宣言，还有美国法律条文中对14岁以上未成年人想脱离父母监护的规定，这种脱离父母监护就叫emancipation.简而言之，强调法律关系的变化。
