The manufacturing company you work for would like to introduce a full programme of training for new staff.
You have been asked to help prepare the programme.
Discuss the situation together, and decide:
·What should be covered by the training programme
·How else new staff can be helped to settle into their jobs as quickly as possible.

Since we're a manufacturing company, the training programme should cover the following tips:
1st, our history and company culture, i.e. the "software" of our company which will help them set up the co-values where they'll work;2nd, the working information that they will take part in with MS ppt file;3rd, company rules will assist them what should do, or not;4 seminar on How else new staff can be helped to settle into their jobs as quickly as possible(Dialogue between HR and newbies ) 5 safety education 6 internship to workship ^_^
