两个活跃分子啊 in respect of 同意vincent的， occupy 感觉用take control of更能突出攻下的感觉 setted up也同意vincent，我认为国际安全框架指的是某个协议，就像全球变暖问题上的框架协议一样，协议本身已经建立，只是美国单方面违反了。 感觉像是国内哪个报的文章。而且感觉我们比较喜欢从道义上出发，他违反了就是犯法，避开了就不是犯法，既然不犯法就没有好说的，应该只有中国人喜欢用道义来衡量人或国家吧 |
