楼主“最快被建好的船”的意思是不是最早的意思呢？还是建造的速度特别快的意思？
如果是第一种，应该用earliest
Cutty Sark was one of the earliest sailing ships which has ever been built.
第二种Cutty Sark was one of the sailing ships which has been built with a highest speed.

Cutty Sark是有史以来所建造的最快的帆船之一。 sailing ship是帆船的意思。 是说那船行驶速度最快
