Though seriously injured, he was not at all daunted.

能改成Though seriously injured, he was not daunted at all.吗？

可以,
如果是[not at all] daunted, 这里的[not at all]就是一个副词, 整体修饰后面的形容词;
not at all=adv.一点也不, 根本不.

如果是not daunted [at all], at all副词, 用在句尾做状语, =adv. 根本,
当然这里的not...at all要连着一起看.

但个人认为, 改后的强调程度不如未改动前.

是可以的，...not at all... = ... not...at all..., e.g.,

I am not tired at all. == I am not at all tired.
I was not discouraged by her words at all == I was not at all discouraged by her words
...
