hzzj: Good luck. I did my best, but I don't think they have something similar to this in the west, after a probation period there is usually an evaluation, however, it is usually a face-to-face two-way discussion, rather than a report.

I could have only achieved this with the support and guidance of my colleagues and managers. I also attribute this to the friendly working environment, and the team spirit at the firm.
I have always set myself a high standard in my daily work. I set priorities in my work, and complete all tasks on time and with dedication. Where I feel I am lacking in either soft (non-technical) or hard (technical) skills, I seek input from my colleagues, which helped me to improve continuously. By learning from each other, and working as a team with my colleague, I am hoping I will soon be able to make bigger contribution to xxx.
I have also encountered various challenges in the meantime, however, this has helped me to learn more about what could go wrong, and how to resolve problems and provide solutions. Here, I would like to thank my department heads and colleagues for their assistance, and in particular those who have helped me with those challenges.
After six months' hard work, I am now able to handle various tasks independently within the department, including managing departmental information and research material, clear understanding of the operational aspect of the Oracle system, and a comprehensive grasp of various company policies and procedures. I also realise there are many aspects where I could improve. I would like to accumulate more corporate knowledge, also improve my technical/professional know-how and English skills.
