Hi, duckling ;) I did my IELTS back then, and also know a few people, who are IELTS examiners. I can double check for you, but frankly, I would say, there is really no chance of remembering the answer, and try to regurgitate.
I know the examiners are trained to pick out people who actually try to prepare answers to the speaking components, and believe me, it is easy to pick out.
Trust me need to practise more, preferably with native speakers, that is all... good luck.
