选B！
there be 句型在介词for后面使用时，用 there to be 这一结构；在介词of后面使用时，用 there being 结构~

貌似这个要选B
for 和 there to be 的搭配是比较固定的。

天气现象，天气预报一般用there will be

由tonight可知，还没下雪，there to be 一般表示未发生的事，being一般表示发生过的事。若问A为何不行，我个人认为若选A，for前面应该是“，”吧。
