The dark night gives me the eyes of darkness, but I use them to find the way to the lightness.
这句好熟悉，但一时想不到它的出处了~~好象是海轮凯乐的《假使给我三天光明》吧~~原话记不大清了，按字面意思来看可以是： Darkness gives me a pair of black eyes, though I use it for search of light.

Darkness gave me black eyes, I use it to find a bright这是号称中国最后一个诗人的顾城的诗，原句是 我要向前奔去，向太阳奔去，虽然黑夜给了我黑色的眼睛，但我要用它来寻找光明 所以并没有什么标准的答案，比较受到认可的是下面这种译法： Dark night gave me dark eyes, But I am bond to use them to search for the light. Dark night gave me a pair of black eyes, with which, I pursue the brightness.
