It indeed brings us a lot of convenience. However, do you have the feeling of information overload at the same time? I would choose one good program from the whole group as my favorite and then focus my adequate attention on it, if I were you. Actually you can practice listening, reading, speaking and writing all together if you are really interested in such a program. If you can learn all the skills as a whole picture, you will feel the power of combination of four basic skills. In my experience, I listen to Advanced Studio Classroom everyday. I listen to the program and join the dictation test, as well as translate the sentence and answer the question the host prepares as practicing a composition. When I have time, I also join the Advanced discussion group to practice my oral English. I believe that in this way I can really learn a lot from this pretty informative program. And actually I have already made some progress, from the difficulty of understanding the program at the beginning to the current real love of the wonder lecture because of the feeling of studying it with ease. My suggest is that you can have a look at "视听财经堂" based on your major(I have listened to several episodes that really interest me. Although it is a little hard for me at this moment, I believe it is a good progam.) Try it and see whether it can boost your motivation and efficiency of learning English.
