这句话,个人觉得要看语境,如果是对一个做点小事情就紧张兮兮的人说要拿得起放得下,用英文直接说take it easy就行了.如果说和刚经过事业上的失败之类的人说,可以在take it easy后面加句you should put it down and go ahead.如果人家不幸是失恋什么的(不好意思,情人节说这个)加句let bygones be bygones (让过去的就过去吧)或者there's other fish in the sea(天涯何处无芳草)或许更好~你看着办吧

up and down you can get it,and you can put it down also. put down what you take when neccesssary 英文中没有直译，只能意译了。这句话说的是失败之后还可以再站起来，所以个人觉得这样翻译比较好： Stand up again after you fell If you believe in love at first sight, you will never stop looking! you should have encourage to face the failure. put down what you take when neccesssary Don't worry too much. that is nothing 恩,应该只能意译了额...大致就是.Stand up when you fell,that is you should be brave when you meet difficulties. 同意amberpeter的 说的挺好的 |
