你 ，我，他做主语，那当然要用I,he,you,而不能用me,him宾格，这个句子依我看这样翻译较好----you and he ,including I,go to the cinema。
但是英语中具体用的时候要看什么场合，比如，如果是一件好事----he and I go to the cinema,看电影当然是好事，所以I放在后面，而把对方放在前面，这是对别人的一种尊重，但有一些情况，比如，我和belovednuo一起踢足球，把邻居大妈的玻璃打碎了，邻居大妈问我时，我要老实回答呀，但是我应该这样讲I and belovednuo broke the glass window when we played football just now.我就略说一二了。
