读起来就觉得不通顺，我觉得应该改成：
Not only that the company is said to have at least 15 billion that is too little in its retirement plan. Here "too little" means 'short,' or "not enough" by a certain number. For example, you need 100 dollars to buy the ticket but only have 95, you can say "I am five dollars too little for the ticket." It's the same as "I am five dollars short." In this stentence, the fund in the retirement plan is 15 billion dollars SHORT of its target. We don't know the exact target (for example $300 billion), but know it's not enough BY 15 billion dollars ($285 billion). |
