关于该政权会同意救援人员进入哪些地区仍然存在疑问。

有一个关于logistics的问题。貌似后加“s”的都是某学科的意思，例如economics是经济学。那这里使用这个单词可以吗？

The Burmese authorities said many were killed in a massive wave triggered by the storm. Ten thousand people are thought to have died in one town alone. 这个要涉及背景知识的，因为缅甸是军人政府，military junta...，闭关锁国的，不是所有国家想援助就可以进来接受援助的。。。
这句话里的regime就是指的军政府。。
缅甸军政府准许哪些援助人员进入缅甸还存在疑问。
