我试着解释一下那个。。

第一句（没看文稿），意思应当是金融市场秩序较为混乱，所以2008对于消费大家都是较为抵触。
（这里说得混乱可能是指美国的信贷危机，人民币升值，通胀等综合原因导致的金融市场不稳定，至于消费，过多的消费会更加起引起流通性过剩，从而加剧通贷膨胀。）

第二外，piling作名词和动名词分别有如下三个含义（from freeonline），个人认为是接着上段提到的，所谓的各种商品成品价格的意思。

2. Piles considered as a group.
3. A structure composed of piles.
